  If you haven't started your Christmas shopping and you can't face the shops, why not try some online shopping though www.easyfundraising.org.uk/causes/foebsch/? If you shop through this site, the school receives a small donation. With some big name retailers, you can get all your gifts and we can get funds towards buying iPads for school. Happy days!

• School flu immunisations

  Whole school flu immunisations. Your child will only receive the flu vaccine if a completed NHS permission slip has been completed, signed in ink and returned to school. 

• Children in Need 2018

  East Brent C o f E Academy enjoyed Children in Need on Friday 16th November.  The children came to school sporting spotty accessories and our collection came to an amazing total of £61.30!

• Football Festival for Year 3 and Year 4

  Our annual football festival is taking place at Hugh Sexey's Middle school today at 4.15-5.15pm. Please arrive from 4pm onwards. School kit will be given out. You will have been notified if your child has been selected to take part following receipt of a completed  permission form which was due back on Thursday 8th November.

• FOEBS school Disco

  FOEBS are hosting an autumn disco for the children on Thursday 8th November 2018 3:15pm - 4:30pm in the school hall.

  Children are able to bring their party clothes to school on the day to change into after school, teaching staff will supervise this. Parents are asked to collect your child from their classroom as normal at 4.30pm.

• School Christmas lunch & MUFTI day

  Our school Christmas lunch is being held on Friday 7th December. Menu choice slips are being sent home tomorrow as this replaces the normal menu. Children who do not normally have a school lunch are also invited to join in if they wish. The charge for a school lunch is £2.50 if your child is in Year 3 or Year 4 unless you are in receipt of free school meals. the choice slips need to be returned by Friday 23rd November at the latest. It is also a non-uniform (MUFTI) day where children can wear something with a Christmas theme be it a Christmas jumper, dress, outfit or hat in exchange for a donation of either chocolate or bottle for the school Christmas Fayre which is on the same day running straight after school. It should be a very lovely day and great start to the Christmas celebrations.

• Book Fair

  Book Fair coming to school from Tuesday 13th to Monday 19th November.

   

  Every afternoon from 3.15 - 4.00pm in Dragonfly class.

   

  Lots of lovely books available for all ages and budgets!

   Great Christmas presents too! 

  Earn free books for our school. A competition is running to win an ipad, £500 worth of books and more! A leaflet has been sent home in bookbags.
