Immunisation Details

School Flu immunisation will take place this year on Monday 31st October 2022.

 

You will need to consent or opt out by logging onto the following link below.

 

Please complete the consent form (one for each child, please) using the following link  https://www.somersetsaint.co.uk/Forms/Flu enter your schools (East Brent CofE First  School) unique code SM143331, this link will close on the morning of the session date but we request that you do this as soon as possible. If you are unable to access the online consent form for any reason, please contact Somerset SAINT for assistance on 0300 323 0032.
